Hi. I’m Kate. Living a healthy lifestyle can be easy and fun!
This is the space where I share my passion for food, health, and personal development.
I love cooking and creating healthy gluten-free recipes with fresh, seasonal produce. Eating whole foods like our ancestors used to eat means no dieting, counting calories, or deprivation. Changing my lifestyle helped me overcome years of chronic health problems. I discovered that healing and transformation can happen when you detox your body and your life.
I hope you find inspiration to become the best version of yourself here!
About five years ago, I suffered a major health breakdown.
It took a long time to realize my job was literally killing me. At first I thought my symptoms were just part of getting older. But I knew something was wrong, especially when I looked in the mirror. Despite eating healthy food and exercising, I had no energy and kept getting sicker.
I spent a fortune on world-famous doctors, clinics and treatments. I was often misdiagnosed, had multiple unnecessary surgeries and was told to take prescription drugs that just made me feel worse.
Due to all my health issues, I was forced to quit my career, so embarked on a journey of learning, discovery and self-healing. I decided to become an advocate for my own health.
Don’t get me wrong; conventional medicine has it’s place. BUT…if you’ve been going from doctor to doctor and not getting answers, it’s time to take your health into your own hands.
What I learned from the experience
I learned that there are no quick fixes or magic pills. I believe we have it within ourselves to heal, and health and happiness come from inside. We have to listen to what our bodies are telling us.
If you’re tired, you need more sleep. If you’re stressed, you need to learn how to manage it. Seems pretty simple, right? Well, unfortunately, it’s not always that simple.
We live in a toxic world—toxins from the environment, the food you ingest, the products you use on your skin and in your home. And while our liver’s main purpose is to rid our body of toxins, it can become sluggish and not function optimally if you’re not supporting it on a daily basis.
Additionally, toxic emotions, beliefs and thoughts can negatively impact your overall health. As someone with environmental illness, reducing toxins and inflammation is vital for me to live a healthy life, and I’m going to show you how to do the same.
I knew I wanted to help others just like me
My journey gave me a sense of compassion for people who are suffering and a new purpose to help others.
I signed up for The Bulletproof™ Coach Training Program and learned from experts such as Dave Asprey, author of The New York Times bestselling book The Bulletproof Diet™, and Dr. Mark Atkinson, Integrative Functional Medical Physician. After applying the principles of the training to my own life, I became calmer, happier, and healthier.
Now I’m on am on a mission to help others experience the same kind of transformation.

As a coach, I work with a limited number of people to help them upgrade every area of their lives by providing them with tools to identify things that are keeping them from reaching their full potential, while learning how manage stress, build success, and become more present and resilient.
More about me: I’m originally from England but have lived in the U.S. a long time. I have three kids and live in Edmond, OK, with my husband and Golden Retriever Molly.
