Here’s how it works:
1. Complimentary call. We chat for 20 minutes to make sure we’re a good fit.
2. Intake Form. Before our first session, I will ask you to fill out an intake form which will give me additional information on what it is you want from coaching.
3. Custom action plan that’s as unique as you are that’s easy to follow and will help you create habits to improve your life.
4. Initial 60-minute session
5. 50-minute 1:1 sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) via phone, Skype or Zoom
6. Resources. Following each session, you’ll receive resources/recommendations that will help you reach your goals (this may include mindset practices, recipes, articles, etc.).
7. My Support. Email and text support for the length of the program.
