  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (mine was 9″ x 13″).
  2. In a pan over low heat, melt the coconut butter, cacao butter.
  3. Stir in the honey, peppermint extract, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries on top
  6. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before breaking into pieces. Keep chilled.
